Latest developments on the new system

Our new administration system has now been in operation since May 2020. During the implementation of the new system, Internal Auditors were appointed to provide assurance that the implementation was done by the book by those involved in the project. A clean bill of health confirming that the implementation was a success was received from the auditors! Now we have begun the journey of reaping the benefits of the new system.

Introducing the EPPF Mobile App!

In a world where technology changes at a rapid rate and where smart devices and apps are changing the way we live our lives and communicate, we are excited to introduce the EPPF Mobile App. This app will provide members and pensioners a more convenient way of accessing information and an improved user experience.

So, how do you access the EPPF Mobile app? You need a smartphone or tablet (Android or IOS) to download the app from either the Play Store (for Android devices) or the App Store (IOS devices). Simply search "Eskom Pension & Provident Fund" on any of the application stores and you can download the mobile app for free (only costs for the data will apply).

The app gives our members and pensioners a convenient, anytime, anywhere digital solution which offers secure access to information through a single sign-on process. One step is all it takes to safely access your information. You can look forward to convenience, quick and simple navigation with a variety of features. The app will allow you to view personal details, important documents (including benefit statements and payslips) and access to application forms, fund videos, booklets and newsletters. More exciting features and capabilities will be added over time, so watch this space!
