As the second largest pension fund in South Africa in terms of membership and asset size, the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund has been working to update our pension administration platforms so that we can deliver services to our members with greater speed, efficiency and accuracy.
Following many months of hard work behind the scenes, the Fund is pleased to confirm that we officially changed over to a new, more agile and robust pension administration system effective 30 April 2020.
Another platform that many of you access regularly is the member portal. As part of our continued effort to enhance our member experience, we have upgraded our member portal to improve its' functionality.
