Dear Member

There are just 10 days left for you to cast your ballot for the EPPF Board of Trustee elections as voting ends on 12 February 2024 at 16:00.

Voting is simple and will take a few minutes of your time. It’s important that you have a say on the new board members who’ll be selected to represent your interests as the term of the current board will end in May this year. To ensure a free and fair process, the independent KDBS Consulting is overseeing the election.

How to access information about the candidates

You’ll find all the information you need, including details about the candidates who are contesting for positions on www.eppfelection.co.za

You need your pension or unique number and access key to vote

  1. You will have received your unique access key via email and/or SMS. This access key must be used with your pension/unique number to vote.
  2. Your pension/unique number must have a total of 9 digits in order to vote. So please add zeros in the beginning to make it 9 digits.
  3. You must continue the process all the way to the end when you’ll receive a confirmation code. If you do not receive a confirmation code, your vote will not be counted so please avoid exiting the voting process before you complete it.
  4. If you struggle with voting on one platform, consider using an alternative method of voting.
