Any client meetings for clarity or presentations will be performed using Microsoft Teams. The successful service provider(s) will be supplied with all our current procurement documents electronically and will be expected to perform the work offsite.

Queries during the performance of the service will be via Microsoft Teams, email or telephone. Any training will also be via Microsoft Teams with any training manual delivered via email or Microsoft Teams to be placed into a central folder held at the Fund.

Completed documents (for approval) to be delivered via email and presentations to any Committee will be via Microsoft Teams. 

The above conditions are subject to the COVID-19 Lockdown Level 4.

Attention: Potential Supplier of the Procurement Review / Update and Development service 

As you may be aware, the tender for the development/ update and review of our procurement protocols closed on 24 March 2020 at 14h00. We thank all those who responded and would like to inform you of the following:

1. The tender boxes were sealed at 14h00 on 24 March 2020 
2. The boxes were then moved to a secure and controlled area in response to the outbreak of COVID-19 and to ensure the protection of staff members
3. Due to the 21-day national lockdown announcement made by the President, effective 24h00 on 26 March 2020, it is not expected that the evaluation process will resume before 20 April 2020. The date will be subjected to the Fund’s Ethos of putting its members first and in line with the government’s response to the pandemic.

We want to assure all stakeholders that our evaluation process will start as soon as reasonably possible.
