At our annual Beyond Tomorrow Thought Leadership Breakfast in Johannesburg in September 2025, we shared how EPPF is evolving from a focus on sustainability to delivering real-world impact, building on our ongoing efforts to embed sustainability into every aspect of our investment approach. Our three pillars of environmental regeneration, economic parity, and social equality guide every decision we make, ensuring that financial growth is balanced with fairness, inclusion and resilience. 

We are particularly proud of the strides we have made in advancing gender diversity. Women currently manage R18.9 billion of our assets, and internally, 31% of our investment decision-makers, 38% of our portfolio managers, and 35% of our analysts are women. This progress is notable in an industry that still faces structural challenges and underrepresentation of women in investment leadership. We are also seeding three new women-led ventures and nurturing diverse talent to expand the pipeline of future investment leaders.
