The Eskom Pension and Provident Fund (the "EPPF" or "Fund") is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of 14 Board Members, seven of whom must be elected by members and pensioners of the Fund.
The elected trustees will serve on the Board of Fund from 1 June 2020 and will represent the interests of their constituencies during the respective term/s.
Member and pensioner participation in the upcoming elections is imperative as this ensures inclusive representation. The Fund is inviting all members and pensioners to participate in the 2020 Trustee Elections which officially commence in August 2019. The election process begins with a formal nomination process, followed by the voting process which will take place in January and February 2020.
Below are the various phases of the election:

The Fund will appoint an independent electoral officer who will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the election process is free and fair.
