We are almost at the end of the Trustee Elections journey where members and pensioners select their representatives to the EPPF Board.

The Independent Electoral Officer (IEO) has released the provisional trustee election results on Friday, 20 March 2020 after the voting phase concluded on 28 February 2020 and votes were tallied. The results are provisional because you, the member, is invited and encouraged to lodge objections based on concerns or irregularities that you may be aware of

OBJECTIONS
The objections phase started on Friday, 20 March 2020 and will close on Monday, 30 March 2020 at 16h30. All objections will be adjudicated by the IEO after which the results will be made public by 6 April 2020. To guarantee that the opportunity to object is fair and transparent, the following measures have been put in place:

1. An Objections Procedure Document has been developed to make the rules for lodging objections known and clear to everyone. It is important to carefully read the rules and procedure before lodging an objection. Download the objections procedure here.

2. An Objections Form is available for download. Once downloaded, the form can be completed and sent to the independent electoral officer by email or fax. The form can be downloaded here.

3. An Online Objections Portal is available to individuals who may want to lodge their objections online. To access the portal, please visit the elections website at www.eppfelection.com.
