EPPF hosts PEWIN breakfast roundtable

The Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN) breakfast roundtable took place on Thursday, 3 October 2019 at the EPPF Head Office in Bryanston. PEWIN is the pre-eminent organization for senior women leaders in private equity.

 

 They provide opportunities to network, share ideas, make deep connections with peers, and empower others to succeed.

 

 

 

In attendance at the event was senior EPPF leader including Chief Executive and Principal Officer, Ms Linda Mateza ,the Chairman of the Board, Ms Mantuka Maisela and the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Mr Ndabe Mkhize. Guests included local and international private equity managers as well as senior women in charge of various Private Equity companies.

 

 

 

The event focused on investment governance and decision-making processes of the Fund, the asset allocation as well as the various private markets programmes such as real assets, private equity, developmental impact and lastly, the newly announced Manager Development Programme.

 

 

 

As a fund which supports and promotes gender equity and transformation, our partnership with PEWIN demonstrates our commitment to inclusivity in the investments industry. The event was very successful and is the first of many collaborative initiatives.
